DoctorNote Health LLC ("DoctorNote Health", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to operating in full compliance with all applicable laws, healthcare regulations, and platform policies, including those of Google Ads and telehealth governing bodies. This Compliance and Ethical Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the standards we follow to ensure that our services are not used to violate medical, legal, or advertising rules. Our Service Scope

DoctorNote Health provides access to licensed clinicians who review user-submitted information and, when medically appropriate, issue legitimate medical notes. We do not prescribe medications or controlled substances, and we do not provide pharmaceutical services of any kind.

No Prescription Drug Services

DoctorNote Health does not sell, dispense, or prescribe any prescription drugs, controlled substances, or medications. We do not operate an online pharmacy or provide pharmaceutical advice outside the scope of lawful telehealth practice.

Examples of services we do not offer include:

Prescription medication services
Controlled substance authorizations
Drug dispensing or pharmacy operations
Any service classified as "prescription drug services" under advertising or healthcare regulations

No Fake Documents or Misrepresentation

DoctorNote Health does not create, provide, or support fake, altered, fraudulent, or misleading documents for any purpose. All notes issued through our platform are authentic, medically appropriate, and created only after a licensed clinician evaluates the user’s submission.

We strictly prohibit:

Fake doctor’s notes
Notes intended to deceive employers, schools, or institutions
Altering or modifying issued documents
Using our documents in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

Any detected misuse may result in denial of service, account restriction, or reporting to appropriate authorities.

No Enabling of Dishonest Behavior

We do not allow our services to be used to mislead or bypass legitimate requirements set by employers, schools, or organizations. Our platform exists to support individuals with real medical needs, not to facilitate dishonesty.

We do not participate in or support:

Fraudulent claims
Deceptive medical documentation
Any activity that violates Google Ads policy on "Enabling Dishonest Behavior"

We reserve the right to refuse service if dishonest intent is suspected.

Lawful and Ethical Use of Our Services

All medical evaluations follow clinically appropriate guidelines
All clinicians are licensed and vetted
All issued documents reflect legitimate medical judgment
All marketing and advertising comply with platform policies and legal requirements

Data Security and Verification

We protect your data using secure, HIPAA-aligned systems including encryption, access controls, and audited storage environments.

Verification of issued notes is performed only with user consent and only for legitimate purposes.

Authorized Third Parties

We may work with trusted service providers such as hosting partners, payment processors, and verification tools. Each partner signs a compliance agreement to ensure lawful handling of user information.
